Project Info

This Tennessee Nashville Chinatown project is to develop the first Chinatown in Nashville, with a balanced traditional and modern Chinese architectures. This project is expected to feature nearly 100,000 square feet on a 4.83-acre plot of land. 

This project is located along Interstate 24 in Nashville. It is situated 8 miles from airport, 9 miles from Brentwood and Nolensville, 12 miles from Nashville, 17 miles from Mt. Juliet, 18 miles from Franklin, and 22 miles from Murfreesboro.

It will be a new tourist and attraction for both locals and visitors in Nashville, offering the unique and upscale Asian architecture, culture, shopping, restaurant, retail services and experience to Asian and all communities in Nashville and surrounding cities/states.

This project will feature an upscale International supermarket, ~10 restaurants, several retails/offices and event center. It will add a new dimension to the retail mix and diversity of Nashville.

The project is expected to play a significant role as an economic driver for the local economy. It will create approximately 300 jobs during the construction and up to 500 full and part-time restaurant, retail, management and related jobs upon completion. Estimated investment is ~27.5M, and expected to be completed by 2027.

Major investors include accomplished commercial real estate investors from Nashville, the U.S. and China.
